Who says canning is a Lost Art?
Homemade pickles and jams were always a treat as a kid, but as with so many great traditions we remember convenience has won out over quality. It’s not to say there aren’t great foods to be found on the grocery shelves, but the pride in knowing you made it yourself is second to none— and when you start sharing your canning with others you’ll see how much others appreciate them, too.
